My kettle is funny. Sometimes the cover falls inside and when it does, it is usually hard to bring out. One time, on a bid to bring it out, it got stuck. What I did was to push it back in, before trying to bring it out again, and then
out, it came.Phyno says, 'okwero Iba, tee ya Vaseline' (if e no gree enter, lubricate it). But if what Phyno was speaking of, was what you all are thinking right now, then common sense is enough for the adult to know that when it refuses, it becomes a clear indication that the business is not a mutual business. In that case what the 'enteror' got to do is to come out, work on the 'enteree' via you know how, before trying to go in again.
When we try and fail, we don't have to resort to a desperate or 'unnatural' alternative to succeed. Most times all we need to do is to stop try to figure out what we are not doing well and start afresh. Sometimes, the best thing for us to do is to quit, yet many other times, we merely have to start all over. One good quality of a smart survivor is the fact that he does not always quit. He knows when to stop, work on it and start afresh.
I have listened to Bill Gates give a brief encounter of his experiences. At several points in his life, instead of resorting to a wrong alternative, he had to start afresh. Today, we all know what's up with him. So please, before you use that desperate alternative, stop, work on it, and start afresh. At all times, let us bear in mind that any dream that is a do or die affair, is not a healthy dream. 'Uwa bu ofu mbia' (this world, na once person fit come am).
