'THE POWER OF THE OPPOSITE SEX' by Chris Nwabueze Ndu

Was watching this movie and there was a hard man who bullied everyone around, no respect from either men or women. So one day he came to face with a very beautiful lady and her smile was enough to bring humanity out of that monster. He started loving or should i say
Lusting after this lady and the rest is history. 

That immediately reminded me of the Biblical story of Sampson: Anointed from his mother's womb, Wrought wonders and with his bare hands he tore a Lion and a Beer, he looked invincible and superhuman. Then he met a lovely lady and by the time you finish reading this, Sampson was sleeping at her laps (You know what happens between a man and a woman that the man start sleeping at the laps of the woman), So the rest again is history. 

Sampson's power was gone, Sampson became an ordinary man, Why? The power of the opposite sex! Deny it at your peril. Had Sampson met a nice bloke with sweet tongues, do you think he would have convinced him to sleep at his laps? No! 

It has to be a beautiful woman, It has to be a woman with boobs hanging out and waist wriggling in devastating manner capable of bringing down an Angel. Sampson sold out, caught off guard by the power of the opposite sex.

David wasn't much better either, Saw a woman bathing, again, a beautiful woman, brought her in, dad a quick sex, Brought curse on his family because of 3 minutes of sex. That's what the presence of the opposite sex can do when you don't mind the gap and keep decent boundaries. 

Your holiness, Your religious qualifications will count for nothing when you find yourself lusting and moving too close to the person of the opposite sex in privacy.

You see the problem with Facebook is that the height of hypocrisy here will make the scribes and the Pharisees look like learners. You are a married woman, If a man bump into you outside your house and call you 'Sexy baby' or 'Hot baby' You will challenge him and remind him that you are a married woman, You will be annoyed with such comment. So why are you not angry that men look at your picture on Facebook and write 'Hot baby' 'Sexy Chick' and you 'LIKE' those comments but denounce the same words when said to you in the street? You are a symbol of what is wrong with some modern day married men and women. If it is a bad word in the street, It is a bad word on Facebook.

No man has the right to call you a Married woman by those titles, you sell your husband publicly when you don't challenge those sex related comments. You say 'It is just a Facebook comment' Fact is the men are lusting and the lust motivates such words and only you can STOP them. Ever wonder why a man posts his pictures more Girls like it and when a woman posts, more men hang around with sweet words? Power of the opposite sex. It is magnetic, It is charming, It is deceptive. 

Time will fail me to mention married men that besiege women's inbox and call them sweet names which they have never called their own wives, Men who will watch another man die of hunger but will have money to send to a single girl somewhere, Men with no shame drawn by the beauty of a woman, Sold their honour and respect at the altar of a woman's smile and like Sampson, You will wake up on that woman's lap and see all you worked for disappear just because you couldn't control your lust despite the fact you had a wife.

That's why too many things go on in people's lives with severe consequences just because they are not being honest with themselves. Woman, you are married, you have no business having secret discussions with men which your husband must not know about. You are being drawn by lust and carnal desires concealed carefully with the ridiculous claims that 'They are just friends' So why won't your husband know those friends and what those friends were doing in your inbox?

Sir, you are married and have kids, STOP hanging around young women, Ok, You are giving them advice, So why won't your wife see those advice on your inbox? Are you guys in a secret cult that not even your wife will see your chats?

That's the power of the opposite sex, It draws even the strongest man into acting silly and throwing away the respect he built for years. I learnt one thing as a boy: A woman will respect you, honour you and value you much, the day you start acting funny and making yourself look stupid, all those respect will be gone in seconds.

Respect yourself is the best way to attract respect from others. Keep your conversations with the opposite sex as clean, open and be transparent to your spouse. This is social media and not a secret CULT.
