There are clear indications, according to Africa Independent television (AIT) that the appointment of the chairman of the Nigeria anti-graft commission EFCC will be terminated today by the president Buhari led administration over alleged trillion naira fraud against him.
The petition brought against the efcc boss indicated that he was involved in property and funds scam to the tune of 2.5 trillion naira. he was then accused of diverting the said properties and funds seized from corrupt and criminally minded individuals to his families and personal assets.
This latest scam has finally tarnished the image of the anti-graft agency since its creation.
