Kim Kardashian's selfie book, Selfish, has only sold 32,000 copies


Kim Kardashian's book of selfies, 'Selfish', has sold a paltry 32,000 copies since it was released 3 months ago on May 5. With 41.4 million followers, Kimis the 2nd most popular celebrity on Instagram, after Beyoncé, so you'd think her book will sell out.
Fans who've been happy to see her selfies for free haven't been too eager to spend $9.97 to buy the book.

While the book is a #1 bestseller in the very niche category of 'celebrity photography' on Amazon , it's ranked at only 2,075 in books overall by Amazon.
It's surprising because when she released 500 limited edition copies of her book, they were sold on Gilt.com for $60 each in April, sold out in just one minute.
 
Maybe people lost interest?

    I wonder who would want to buy her 'selfish' when there are Kim k selfie everywhere you go(just like mtn)
