The people's Governor Owele Rochas Okorocha of Imo State was spotted around the state this morning monitoring the sanitation exercise within the state capital with his son in_law who doubles as the Chief of Staff, and other members of his cabinet.
He then declared fortnightly Sanitation Exercise in the state. He said it will be for a short while to get the state totally cleaned up.
